Objective： To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yigui Yufeng Decoction in patients with ischemic stroke and its effect on the level of inflammatory factors. Methods： 82 patients with ischemic stroke were randomly divided into treatment group and control group， 41 cases in each group. The control group was treated with conventional western medicine， and the treatment group was treated with Yigui Yufeng Decoction and acupuncture on the basis of the control group. The treatment time of the two groups was 14 days. The effective rate of treatment and the levels of serum high-sensitivity C-reactive protein （hs-CRP）， blood homocysteine （Hcy） and D-dimer before and after treatment were compared between the two groups. The activities of daily living scale （ADL score） and NIHSS scale score were compared between the two groups before and after intervention. Results： After 14 days of treatment， the effective rate of the treatment group was （ 92.68 %）， and that of the control group was （ 73.17 %）. The difference was statistically significant（ P <0.05）. After treatment， the levels of the above factors in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group （P <0.05）. After treatment， the ADL score of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group， and the NIHSS score was lower than that of the control group （P <0.05）. Conclusion： Yigui Yufeng Decoction combined with acupuncture has a good therapeutic effect on patients with ischemic stroke. It can significantly improve the clinical symptoms of patients， reduce the level of inflammatory factors in the body， and improve the quality of life and neurological function of patients.
