Objective：To explore the clinical efficacy of Lianpu Yin in the treatment of moderate resistance type reflux esophagitis caused by dampness and heat. Methods：104 patients with moderate obstructive reflux esophagitis of damp heat type admitted from March 2020 to March 2022 were randomly divided into a control group and a study group，with 52 patients in each group. The control group was treated with Lansoprazole，while the study group was treated with Lianpu Yin，with a course of treatment lasting for 4 weeks. Results：After one course of treatment，observe the patient’s clinical efficacy，inflammatory factor levels，immune indicators， quality of life，and adverse reactions. After one course of treatment，the clinical efficacy，quality of life，and immune function level of the study group were better than those of the control group （P<0.05）；The levels of inflammatory factors and adverse reaction rates were lower in the control group （P<0.05）. Conclusion：Modified Lianpu Yin can effectively improve clinical symptoms， reduce the incidence of adverse reactions，improve inflammatory factors and immune indicators in patients with moderate resistance to dampness and heat reflux esophagitis，and improve their overall quality of life.
