Abstract:Ulcerative colitis （UC） is a chronic non-specific inflammatory disease. The pathogenesis is still unclear. In order to further understand the diagnosis and treatment ofulcerative colitis，this article has reviewed relevant literature for nearly ten years. The treatmentof ulcerative colitis is reviewed and provides a reference for future clinical treatment.
