Objective: To investigate the effect of Shenshuaining tablet combined with insulin glargine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy (DN). Methods: A retrospective study was conducted, and 70 patients with DN admitted to the Department of Nephrology of our hospital from January 2019 to December 2020 were divided into 35 cases each according to different treatment methods. The control group was treated with basic hypoglycemia and insulin glargine, and the observation group was treated with Shenshuaining tablet at the same time. The therapeutic effect and the changes of related serum indexes were compared between the two groups. Results: After treatment, Scr, BUN and 24h-pro levels in observation group were lower than those in control group ( P< 0.05). The levels of 2h-PG, FBG and HbA1c in both groups were significantly lower after treatment than before treatment ( P< 0.05); The total effective rate of observation group was higher than that of control group ( P< 0.05). Conclusion: The combination of Shenshuaining tablet and insulin glargine in the treatment of DN can improve renal function and reduce blood glucose level in patients, which is worthy of application.
