Objective:To explore the production skills of intracerebral hemorrhage model in rats.
Methods:The intracerebral hemorrhage model was formed by stereotacied infusing autologous caudate artery blood. Learn to observe the stability of the modle through their actions.
Results:The success rate of product intracerebral hemorrhage modle is 85%.
Conclusion:The method can be used to make the animal model of cerebral hemorrhage.
