Objective： To analyze and study the clinical effects of nimergoline combined with trasylin and psychotherapy in treatment of post-stroke depression. Methods： 78 cases of patients with post-stroke depression and who treated from July 2018 to May 2019 were included as the research objects in this study，and the patients were grouped by the random number table method，which 39 cases in the control group （treated with trimethoprim combined psychotherapy） and 39 cases in the study group （treated with trimethoprim combined with trimethoprim and psychotherapy）. Then，the overall treatment effect，Hamilton Depression Scale （HAMD） scores and NIH Stroke Scale （NIHSS） scores of two groups were compared. Results： The overall treatment effect were compared，the study group was significantly higher than the control group （P<0.05）；The HAMD score and NIHSS score were compared，two groups were decreased after treatment，but the decrease in the study group was more significant than that in the control group
