Pulmonary fibrosis is one of serious pathological changes，caused by chronic lung disease. The etiology is complicated and the prognosis is extremely poor. So far，there is no effective treatment in clinical practice. Especially in the SARS disease that occurred in early 2003，lung damage in many patients is characterized by pulmonary fibrosis. Therefore，it is very meaningful to establish a simple，rapid and effective animal model for its pathogenesis and efficacy research.
