This paper summarizes several brain target ligands applied broadly and their delivery strategies over the last five years，involving drug-carrying nanoparticles that transported to the brain by means of receptor-mediated，vector-mediated，and trans-cell-swallowing，which makes it possible to accumulate drugs in the brain，and needs to be prospectively researched and developed.
