Objective: To optimize the extraction condition for polysaccharide of Fructus Schisandrae Sphenantherae.
Methods:The extraction technique was designed by orthogonal test with extraction time，solid-liquid ratio and immersion time as factors using extraction rate as index.
Results：The optimum conditions for the ultrasound-assisted method to extract polysaccharide were as follows: extraction time was 40min, solid-liquid ratio was 1:25, immersion time was 90min.
Conclusion：The optimum process is feasible, stable and reasonable. It provide reference for the further study of the polysaccharide of Fructus Schisandrae
