|星空彩票电脑版 %A Tang Min-ke,Fan Yue,Liu Chang-suo,Zhang Jun-tian %T Progress of The Mechanisms of Neuroprotective Effects of Salvianolic Acid B%0 Journal Article %D 2014 %J ACTA NEUROPHARMACOLOGICA %R %P 1-10 %V 4 %N 1 %U {http://actanp.hebeinu.edu.cn/CN/abstract/article_134.shtml} %8 2014-02-26 %X This paper reviewed the effect of Salvianolic acid-B (Sal B) on toxicity of amyloid β-protein (Aβ), tau protein and PC12 cells and SH-SY5Y cells apoptosis induced by Aβand tau protein, and on neurogenesis and angiogenesis.The results showed that Sal B could decrease the toxicity of Aβ by inhibiting Aβ aggregation and fibril formation, and protect cells damaged by Aβ.Hyperphosphoylation of tau protein could be attenuated by Sal B.Sal B has also been proved to promote neurogenesis and angiogenesis.Based on the neuroprotective effect of Sal B, it may be a potential medicine for treatment of neurodegenerative disease.
