摘要/Abstract

摘要：

苏醒期躁动，是全身麻醉常见的不良反应之一，极大地增加了术后各并发症的发生率。引起苏醒期躁动的原因诸多，针对其原因进行合理有效的护理，可以明显减少发生率，提高全麻患者的生活质量。右美托咪定是一种新型的α2 肾上腺素受体激动剂，具有镇静、镇痛、抗交感神经兴奋的作用，可以有效预防苏醒期躁动的发生，因此右美托咪定苏在近年临床上被广泛应用。

Abstract:

Postoperative agitation is one of the adverse reactions of general anesthesia，which greatly increases the incidence of postoperative complications. There are many reasons for postoperative agitation，and reasonable and effective nursing for these reasons can significantly reduce the incidence，and improve the quality of life of patients. Dexmedetomidine is a new α2 receptor agonist，which has sedative，analgesic and anti-sympathetic excitatory effects，and can effectively prevent the occurrence of agitation. So Dexmedetomidine is widely used in clinic in recent years.
