P- 糖蛋白(P-glycoprotein,P-gp)由多药耐药( multidrug resistance,MDR)基因编码,是三磷酸腺苷(adenosine triphosphate,ATP)结合盒转运蛋白家族的成员之一。作为血脑屏障(blood brain barrier,BBB)的重要组成部分,P-gp 是一种能量依赖性转运蛋白,可以阻止外源性物质进入细胞,还可以将体内有害的毒性物质排出,是机体的保护屏障。神经元是构成神经系统结构和功能的基本单位,癫痫、脑缺血及神经退行性疾病等许多神经系统疾病最明显的病理变化就是神经元细胞的损伤与凋亡。许多研究和报道显示,在一些脑部病理状态下,P-gp 在内皮细胞上的表达会有所改变,但是在神经元细胞上P-gp 的变化研究较少。由于氧化应激是许多疾病发生和发展的关键因素之一,该文主要对病理状态下神经元细胞上P-gp 的表达的及氧化应激对P-gp 的影响做一综述。
