Online:2011-06-26Published:2012-06-28摘要:神经退行性疾病是由神经元和/或其髓鞘的丧失所致,目前该类疾病的病因仍未完全阐明。研究发现,线粒体功能障碍、能量代谢异常, 已成为公认的早期病理现象。本文主要以阿尔茨海默病(Alzheimer’s disease,AD)和帕金森综合症(Parkinson disease,PD)为例,探讨线粒体功能异常在神经退行性疾病发病中的作用,以期为该类疾病诊治和新药研发提供新思路。
